Holmes HT38 Tower Fan quit working...?
I have a Holmes HT38 Tower Fan that has only been used for a few months that quit working today and I have no idea why. It was working fine last night and won't start today. It didn't trip a fuse as the air conditioner plugged into the same outlet is working fine when it's on. Unfortunately I didn't save the box or reciept so returning it is out of the question. Does anyone know any troubleshooting to do, or how to fix one of these? It won't do anything at all.
You know, I got your questions cuz we are on each others list from supporting our girl HC. I had to check to see if I had a Holmes fan like yours, but mine was different. It quit working as well... had it last year and quit working after a few months. I think it is the name after reading your similar experience.
Where did you buy it? If you bought it from certain stores they can look up your receipt with your credit card/ debit card that you purchased it with... then just exchange it. You may still be able to just exchange it from certain stores..... like Target.
Let me know where you bought it and I will let you know if they can scan your CC/ Debit Card. Too many to list, but I will know if you ask.
